What you are viewing is a prototype, web-based training application. In my forum post I posed the question "My question to you is would you (as a small business owner) be interested in such a product, and what would you be willing to pay for such a product?"
As I stated in the post this represents an in-house application. To turn this into a commercial application I would need two to three weeks to create a user interface that would allow customers to easily add their own training modules.
